FURIE Solutions – U.S. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most orders require 1–2 business days to be prepared for shipment. This processing window is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
During peak periods—such as holidays, promotions, or high-volume sales—processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time (USA Only)

Once shipped, typical transit times are:

  • West Coast: approx. 3–5 business days
  • Central & East Coast: approx. 3–5 business days

These timeframes reflect the carrier’s in-transit estimates and do not include processing time.

Carriers Used

We primarily ship using UPS, selecting the optimal service based on package weight and destination. Lighter shipments often use expedited FedEx options, while heavier packages may use FedEx Home Delivery.
At our discretion, we may also ship through USPS or UPS to ensure timely delivery.

Order & Tracking Notifications

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email.
A second email with tracking information will be sent once your items have left our fulfillment center.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.
Once an order leaves our facility, FURIE Solutions is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed by the carrier.
However, our team will gladly assist in tracking or investigating any shipment concerns to the best of our ability.

Shipping Costs

All shipping fees, rates, and promotions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Out-of-Stock & Backorder Policy

Our inventory updates frequently, so an item marked as “in stock” may occasionally become unavailable at the time your order is processed.

If we cannot fulfill your order within our normal processing time, you will receive an email notice that your order has been placed on backorder, along with options to:

  • wait for restock, or
  • cancel the order for a full refund.

Most backordered items return to stock within 3 business days.

Free Shipping Promotion

Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
The minimum order requirement (e.g., $50) is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

By choosing free shipping, you allow FURIE Solutions to select the shipping method.
If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, we may contact you to request an alternative address or to invoice for applicable shipping charges. If we cannot obtain updated information within 10 days, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Next-Day Shipping

We offer UPS Standard Overnight for customers who need their order quickly.

Orders Placed Before 1:00 PM (PST)

We will prioritize these orders for same-day shipment.

Orders Placed After 1:00 PM (PST)

We will process your order as quickly as possible, but it may ship on the next business day.

Important:
Overnight delivery applies to business days only.
Orders shipped on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday.

Overnight shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the carrier recognizes and accepts responsibility for a missed guaranteed delivery. If applicable, we will file a claim on your behalf. Refunds are issued only if the carrier reimburses us.
